The International Walk of Barcelona is on 15 and 15 October.
The International Walk of Barcelona is a non-competitive sporting event which is open to everyone. Held annually, the walk started in 2001 and since then has attracted more and more interest.
On both the days the weekend event is being held, a 20 km and a 30 km route will be signposted around the city and its environs. Control points will be located around the routes, as well as refreshment points, medical assistance and temporary toilets.
This year the route around the Besòs river area includes new locations for control points and routes which were tried out in 2014, with a tried and tested structure allowing participants to enjoy truly splendid days of the most natural form of physical activity: walking.
