The challenge for this initiative is to open up hotel restaurants and to promote hotels as gastronomic venues. Around thirty hotels, with four or five stars each, will be participating around all the city’s districts.

Over the course of ten days, the public will be able to try different tapas, accompanied by wines and cavas, at each of the participating hotels. A contest will be run where the public will be able to rate the tapas using an app, and a solidarity tapa, not part of the contest, will help raise money for a social or environmental cause chosen by each establishment.
