Attention shoppers, it’s time again for one of Barcelona’s most popular and anticipated events in the lead-up to Christmas. Passeig de Gràcia is once again the scene for a night of surprises and shopping, and this year pays tribute to the spirit and the aesthetic of the Gauche Divine, a movement in the ’60s and ’70s of intellectuals and artists that opened Barcelona up to the cultural avant-garde and marked the city forever.

This eighth edition of The Shopping Night Barcelona is a chance to shop-hop through the stores of the Eixample, which stay open until 1am for the occasion, and to enjoy the fun activities and shows lined up along the avenue. For the night, the shops along Passeig de Gràcia re-create the look and feel of ’60s and ’70s Barcelona, and you’ll get the same happening in the street, where you’ll find loads of activities going on.
