This week, from 19 to 25 March, the Volta a Catalunya is taking place, with well-known participants including Nairo Quintana, Alejandro Valverde, Rigobero Urán, Warren Barguil and Fabio Aru, among others, battling to earn their place on the podium in Barcelona on Sunday.

As usual, the Volta will again be made up of seven stages. The race starts at Calella and passes through Mataró, Sant Cugat del Vallès, La Molina, Vielha, Vall d’Aran ending on the last day in Barcelona, with the traditional lap around Montjuïc.
