Smart City Week turns Barcelona’s neighbourhoods into spaces for dialogue, reflection and learning relating to smart cities. The programme includes over fifty activities spread around the city’s ten districts, including lectures, debates, itineraries, guided tours, open days, experimental labs and family workshops.
The activities will reflect on how technologies change our urban space, the way we interpret it and relate to it.
The first day of the week, Monday 5 November, coincides with the opening of Ca l’Alier, the new urban innovation centre in Barcelona which will also be hosting a substantial number of the events for Smart City Week.
The family workshops being run on Saturday 10 November will be held around the city’s different districts.
