The Magic Fountain in Montjuïc offers traditional sequences of light, colour, water and music. The installation is able to produce 7 billion different combinations of water and light thanks to its capacity to conjugate all of its hydraulic and lighting elements.

The Magic Fountain in Montjuïc and the other ornamental fountains in Av. Reina Maria Cristina are a hydraulic work by Carlos Buïgas built in 1929 for the Universal Expo. They currently attract some 2.5 million visitors a year.
