Four Years From Now (4YFN) is an event for emerging digital companies and is held at the GSMA Mobile World Congress. This year brings the fifth edition and the aim is for the exponential growth in the number of visitors and exhibitors to continue, the target being to exceed 20,000 participants this time around.
This is a showcase event for emerging companies to show their innovation, connect with each other and establish relationships with investors. Over 700 international investors will be taking part in this edition, connecting with more than 650 start-ups from over 145 countries and 12 international delegations. This year brings a change in the format to the traditional 4YFN competition to recognise innovative business projects, a single winner being chosen from ten finalists.
Out of the 275 speakers at the event, some of the most notable include Rob Glaser, Chairman & CEO of RealNetworks; Maurice Levy, former CEO of Publicis; Kathrin Buvac, Chief Strategy Officer for Nokia.
