The sixth edition of the cod trail is on from 15 March to 8 April.
The sixth edition of the Ruta del Bacallà (cod trail) features large establishments and eight specialist cod fishmongers as they combine to promote cod as a star product. This year’s trail also includes a photography competition, offering a chance to win a trip to Iceland.
The trail offers different dishes using cod from Iceland and paired with Inedit beer by the Damm brewery. This year there are also new forms of presentation for the dishes and menus, enhancing this gastronomic experience.
