The We Love Cats Market first started in 2012 and sells handmade products to raise money to help abandoned and stray cats in Barcelona.

All the items sold at the fair are handmade by designers and artisans who opt for more sustainable and local forms of production.

Since it started out, the We Love Cats Market has raised nearly 12,000 euros for entities providing care and safety for these animals. The associations which have received the funds are El Jardinet dels Gats, UB Gats, Universigats, Gats de Gràcia, Gats Lliures del Poblenou and the Associació Rescat, in Nou Barris.
